Install instructions
Windows:
- download the jam release
- extract
- run YourOwnDrum.exe.
Otherwise:
- install LOVE2D: https://love2d.org/
- download source.love
- run "love source.love" from the command line

This is a neat little game. My only complaint is that the text up top is very hard to read with the white on pink color scheme. I feel like I was missing bits of the story. Overall I really liked it though, very relaxing sounds!
Sorry about that! I wanted to eat my cake and have it. One the one hand, the English back-translation was important. On the other, I wanted to avoid adding visual noise that might distract from the gameplay. I probably went too far in a few places.
After voting has completed, I'll upload a fixed version with more instructions, quieter audio, and an option for high-contrast, dyslexia-friendly text.

No need to apologize! I think it's important to make things look nice too. If the font wasn't as thin it might work all right, but it was just showing up as very small on my computer since it wasn't full screen.
